3. Maximum liability: registration fees.

Payment & refund terms

1. Registration fees are non-refundable.
2. Tutor earnings are subject to Trancie's commission.
3. Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

1. Trancie may suspend or terminate accounts.
2. Users / Tutors must notify Trancie of termination.

Governing law

1. Nigerian laws govern these Terms.

1. Minimum 80% success rate required for public trade sharing.
2. Badges awarded for consistency and high success rates.
3. Commission rates adjusted based on performance.

Additional terms for students

3. Trancie not liable for trading losses.

Data protection

1. Trancie complies with applicable data-protection regulations.

Indemnification

1. Users / Tutors indemnify Trancie against claims and damages.
2. Trancie indemnifies Users / Tutors against system failures.

Entire agreement
